fa نظام گمرکی و ضرورت‌های تحول آن: مبانی، برنامه‌ها و اقدامات انجام‌شده عمومى General پژوهشي Research این مقاله نخست به سیر تحول در وظایف و نقش گمرک در دهه‌های اخیر پرداخته و با بیان اهمیت و ضرورت گمرک در نظام اقتصادی و تجاری کشور سعی در معرفی نقش و وظایف خطیر و متنوع گمرک دارد. همچنین، با بررسی روند رشد عملیات تجاری در رویه‌های واردات، صادرات ، ترانزیت و درآمدهای گمرکی طی برنامه‌های چهارم و پنجم توسعه کشور به بررسی چالش‌های پیش‌روی گمرک و دلایل قرار گرفتن گمرک به‌عنوان یکی از محورهای طرح تحول اقتصادی دولت پرداخته است و ضمن ارائه اقدامات انجام شده گمرک در چارچوب پروژه‌های 10گانه تحول در نظام گمرکی پیشنهاداتی در جهت رفع چالش‌ها و استقرار گمرک نوین ارائه می‌نماید.
