fa نقش مخارج اجتماعی دولت در دستیابی به رشد فقرزدا عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">با پررنگ‌تر شدن وظایف رفاهی و حمایتی دولت برای دهک&rlm;های پایین درآمدی، نقش مخارج اجتماعی دولت در دستیابی به اهداف کلان و توسعه&rlm;ای کشورها اهمیت پیدا کرده است. به همین دلیل، در این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر مخارج اجتماعی دولت در زمینه آموزشی و بهداشتی بر فقر، درآمد سرانه و نابرابری درآمدی پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور سیستمهای معادلههای همزمان با استفاده از اطلاعات دوره زمانی 1357 تا 1399 و روش گشتاورهای تعمیمیافته برآورد شدهاند. نتایج برآوردهای مثلث رشد- فقر-نابرابری نشان میدهد که رشد اقتصادی در اقتصاد ایران با توجه به سطح نابرابری درآمدی، فقرزا بوده است. به‌علاوه، هزینه‌های صرف شده در امور آموزشی موجب کاهش فقر شده؛ در حالی که شاخص کمبود مخارج بهداشتی چنین تأثیری نداشته است؛ بنابراین تخصیص صحیح مخارج دولت می&rlm;تواند روابط میان مثلث یادشده را به سمت رشد فقرزدا و ریشه&rlm;کنی فقر پیش ببرد.</span></span>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">With the increasing emphasis on the welfare and supportive responsibilities of governments for low-income groups, the role of government social expenditures in achieving macroeconomic and developmental goals has gained significance. This study examines the impact of government social expenditures in education and healthcare on poverty, per capita income, and income inequality. To this end, a system of simultaneous equations is estimated using data from 1357 to 1399 and the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM). The results of the growth-poverty-inequality triangle estimates indicate that economic growth in Iran, given the level of income inequality, has been poverty-inducing. Additionally, expenditures on education have led to poverty reduction, whereas insufficient healthcare expenditures have not had the same effect.
