fa اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر تأمین مالی در ایران با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable ابزارهای تأمین مالی در سال‌های اخیر رشد و توسعه روزافزونی داشته‌اند. گسترش روزافزون ابزارها و روش‌های تأمین مالی مدیران مالی را با تصمیم بسیار مهمی مواجه ساخته است که چه ابزار مالی می‌تواند در تأمین احتیاجات مالی شرکت‌ راهگشا باشد. در این تحقیق تلاش می‌شود با استفاده از رویکرد سلسله مراتبی عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب روش تأمین مالی شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شود. داده‌های تحقیق با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری و نمونه تحقیق نیز از میان مدیران مالی بازار سرمایه کشور انتخاب شده است. عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب روش تأمین مالی در 3 طبقه کلی عوامل مربوط به منبع تأمین مالی‌کننده، شرکت تأمین مالی‌شونده و عوامل کلان اقتصادی و سیاسی دسته‌بندی شده‌اند‌. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از برتری معیار تأمین مالی‌‌شونده نسبت به سایر معیار‌ها می‌باشد و توجه مدیران را به عوامل داخلی شرکت همچون ساختار سرمایه و وضعیت اعتباری در زمان تصمیم‌گیری جلب می‌نماید. Financial instruments have been developed in recent years. Therefore it is critical for financial managers to know that which instrument can be useful for the financing of the company.This study using hierarchical approach tries to detect and prioritize the factors affecting the choose of financing method. Data has been collected by a questionnaire and samples have been selected from among the managers of capital market. Factors influencing the method of financing selection are divided into three general categories.
