fa مطلوبیت خانوار و تاثیرپذیری بلندمدت آن از شوک‌های اقتصادی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با توجه به اینکه طی سال‌های گذشته، کشور با نوسانات و شوک‌های شدیدی از جانب متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی مواجه بوده است، مطلوبیت خانوار دستخوش تغییراتی شده‌ است. مطمئناً بدون مطالعه و پژوهش اثرات این شوک‌ها بر مطلوبیت خانوار نمی‌توان راهکارهای مناسبی را در جهت کاهش پیامدهای نامطلوب آن ارائه داد. از این رو، این پژوهش در مرحله اول تابع مطلوبیت خانوار را طی سال‌های 1399-1375 استخراج و سپس به کمک مدل </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">ARDL</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اثرات بلندمدت متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی را روی آن بررسی کرده است. نتایج حاصل از استخراج تابع مطلوبیت نشان می‌دهد که مطلوبیت خانوار طی بازه زمانی پژوهش کاهش یافته و رفاه خانوار تنزل پیدا کرده است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تخمین نشان داد که اثر نرخ رشد اقتصادی (0.29) و قیمت نفت (0.33) بر روی مطلوبیت خانوار مثبت و معنادار و اثر نرخ تورم (0.11-) بر روی آن منفی و معنادار است؛ همچنین اثر مالیات بر مطلوبیت بی‌معنا است. بر این اساس، با توجه به کاهش مطلوبیت طی چند سال اخیر در نتیجه شوک‌ها و نوسانات اقتصادی، لازم است دولت توجه ویژه‌ای به این موضوع داشته باشد.</span></span> Due to the fact that in recent years, Iran has faced severe fluctuations and shocks from macroeconomic variables, the household utility has changed. Undoubtedly, without studying and researching the effects of these shocks on household utility, appropriate solutions cannot be provided to reduce its adverse consequences. Therefore, in the first stage, this study has extracted the household utility function during the years 1996-2020 and then with the help of the ARDL model has investigated the long-Run effects of macroeconomic variables on it. The results of extracting the utility function show that the utility of the household has decreased during the research period and the welfare of the household has declined. Also, the results showed that the effect of economic growth rate (0.29) and oil prices (0.33) on household utility is significant and positive and the effect of inflation rate (-0.11) on it is negative and significant. Also, the effect of the tax on utility is not significant.
