fa بررسی رابطه مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی شرکت‌ها با هزینه‌های حقوق صاحبان سهام با در نظر گرفتن محافظت از سرمایه‌گذاران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هزینه حقوق صاحبان سهام در تصمیمات تأمین مالی و سرمایه‌گذاری، نقش اساسی ایفا می‌کند. سرمایه‌گذاران تمایل دارند در سهام شرکت‌هایی سرمایه‌گذاری کنند که هزینه حقوق صاحبان سهام در آن کم باشد. از همین رو عواملی که بر هزینه حقوق صاحبان سهام اثرگذار است از جنبه تئوری و عملی اهمیت دارد. فعالیت‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی شرکت‌ها می&shy;تواند باعث کاهش هزینه‌های حقوق صاحبان سهام شود؛ اما این مهم در چارچوب سازوکار محافظت از سرمایه‌گذاران امکان‌پذیر است. در این تحقیق تلاش شده است به بررسی رابطه فعالیت‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی شرکت‌ها و محافظت از سرمایه‌گذاران با هزینه‌های حقوق صاحبان سهام پرداخته شود. برای این منظور در این تحقیق از یک مدل رگرسیون چند‌متغیره در قالب داده‌های تابلویی استفاده شده است. داده‌های مورد استفاده در این تحقیق از 116 شرکت فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 1390 تا 1396 استخراج شده‌اند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد فعالیت‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی شرکت‌ها در شرکت‌هایی که محافظت از سرمایه‌گذار در آن‌ها در سطح بالایی قرار دارد، منجر به کاهش هزینه‌های حقوق صاحبان سهام می‌شود.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div></div> The cost of equity plays a crucial role in financing and investment decisions. Investors tend to invest in stocks of companies which their cost of equity is low, therefore, factors affecting the cost of equity are important from both theoretical and practical point of view. Corporate social responsibility activities can reduce equity costs. But this can be achieved within the mechanism of protection of investors. In this research, we tried to investigate the relationship between corporate social responsibility activities and investor protection with equity costs. For this purpose, a multivariate panel data model has been used. The data used in this study were extracted from 116 active companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2011-2017.
