fa بررسی اثرات هم‌زمان ویژگی‌های خاص شرکتی و متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی بر ساختار سرمایه در شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران به تفکیک صنعت تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثرات همزمان ویژگی&shy;های خاص شرکت و متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی بر ساختار سرمایه شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال‌های 1386 تا 1393 است</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">که برای سنجش ویژگی&shy;های خاص شرکتی از نسبت سودآوری، نسبت سود سهام پرداختی و نسبت عملکرد قیمت سهام استفاده شد؛ همچنین از متغیرهای نرخ رشد تولید ناخالص داخلی، نرخ ارز، نرخ تورم، نرخ بهره و نسبت میزان اعتبارات بانکی به عنوان درصدی از تولید ناخالص داخلی به عنوان متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نسبت سودآوری، نسبت سود سهام پرداختی، نرخ رشد تولید ناخالص داخلی و نسبت میزان اعتبارات بانکی به عنوان درصدی از تولید ناخالص داخلی بر ساختار سرمایه در سطح کل صنایع اثرگذار هستند. همچنین نتایج پژوهش</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">به تفکیک صنعت نشان می&shy;دهند که اثرات متغیرهای خاص شرکتی و متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی بر ساختار سرمایه بر مبنای نوع صنعت متفاوت هستند.</span></span><strong><span dir="LTR"></span></strong><br> &nbsp;</p> <p>The main objective of this research is to study the simultaneous effects of company-specific characteristics as well as macroeconomic variables on the capital structure of listed companies in Tehran stock exchange market for the periods of 2007 to 2014. For Consideration of Company-Specific Characteristics in this paper, we use the profitability ratios, the dividend payout, and stock price performance ratios. Moreover, variables such as GDP growth, exchange rate, inflation, interest rate and the ratio of banks credit as a percentage of GDP are given as macroeconomic variables. The research findings reflect that the profitability and dividend payout ratios impact capital structure throughout the industry. Moreover, GDP growth and bank credits (as percentage of GDP) influence the capital structure across the industry.
