fa حاکمیت شرکتی در بخش عمومی و نقش آن در اقتصاد مقاومتی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:1.0cm;"><strong><span dir="RTL">سیاست‌ بانک جهانی برای توسعه اقتصادی کشورهای در حال توسعه از کوچک‌سازی دولت به توانمندسازی دولت و حکمرانی خوب تغییر نموده است. با توجه به اصول حکمرانی خوب، دستیابی به برخی سیاست‌های مهم اقتصاد مقاومتی، از مسیر حاکمیت شرکتی خوب می‌گذرد. در این پژوهش، چارچوب نظری با تـوجه بـه اصول حکمرانی خوب و با در نظر گرفتن رهنمودهای سازمان توسعه همکاری‌های اقتصادی </span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL">(</span></strong><span dir="RTL"><a href="#_ENREF_16" title="OECD, 2005 #86"><strong><span dir="LTR">OECD</span></strong></a></span><strong><span dir="RTL">)</span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL"> برای حاکمیت شرکتی در بخش عمومی تدوین شده است. بر اساس</span><span dir="RTL"> چارچوب نظری مذکور، قانون اجرای سیاست‌های اصل 44 به‌عنوان زیربنای اقتصاد مقاومتی در حوزه رقابت‌پذیری و شفافیت اقتصادی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته و نقاط قابل بهبود از منظر مکانیزم‌های درون‌سازمانی و برون‌سازمانی حاکمیت شرکتی ارائه می‌شود. روش تحقیق، روش کیفی تـوصیفی از‌ نـوع تحلیل محتوای جهت‌دار می‌باشد. نتایج این پژوهش، راهبردهای مورد‌نیاز برای تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی در حوزه بنگاه‌داری را با تمرکز بر اصول حاکمیت شرکتی خوب ارائه می‌نماید.</span></strong></p> <p align="center"></p> <p>The World Bank&#39;s policy to improve growth and welfare in developing countries has been changed from downsizing to the empowerment of governments and Good Governance. According to good governance principles, achieving economic competitiveness and transparency goes through Good Corporate Governance. Based on the Organization for Economic Cooperation Development (OECD) guidelines for the corporate governance of the State-Owned Enterprises, the coding system for content analysis of Iran&#39;s privatization policies is developed especially for the analysis of &quot;Article 44 of the Iranian Constitution Policies Implementation&quot; Act as the most important legal framework of economic activity of public sector entities in Iran. The research method is Qualitative Content Analysis. Findings offer strategies for improvement of Iran&#39;s laws and regulations regarding public sector&#39;s corporate governance based on the good governance approach and to realize &quot;competitiveness&quot; and &quot;transparency&quot; of Iran&#39;s economy of resistance.</p> <p></p> حاکمیت شرکتی, بخش عمومی, اقتصاد مقاومتی, خصوصی‌سازی, حکمرانی خوب.
