fa اندازه‌گیری کارایی و مقایسه رشد بهره‌وری شعب بانک ملی ایران در استان کرمان با استفاده از تحلیل فراگیر داده‌ها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>در این مطالعه با استفاده از روش تحلیل فراگیر داده‌ها به اندازه‌گیری کارایی و مقایسه رشد بهره‌وری شعب بانک </strong><strong>ملی</strong> <strong>ایران در استان کرمان طی سال‌های 1389 تا 1391 پرداخته شده است. جهت دستیابی به این مقصود شعب مختلف با توجه به درجه‌بندی بانک</strong> <strong>در چهار گروه؛ گروه یک شامل شعب درجه 1 و 2، گروه دو شامل شعب درجه 3،</strong><strong> گروه سه شامل شعب درجه 4 و گروه چهار شامل شعب درجه 5 و 6 قرار گرفتند و سپس میزان کارایی و رشد بهره‌وری شعب مختلف در هر کدام از گروه‌ها محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که متوسط رشد بهره‌وری طی سال‌های مذکور برای شعب گروه یک، دو، سه و چهار به‌ترتیب 6- ، 9-، 8- و 1- درصد می‌باشد،</strong> <strong>همچنین میزان متوسط کارایی فنی با رویکرد نهاده‌گرا و فرض بازدهی متغیر نسبت به مقیاس در گروه‌های1، 2،3و4 به‌ترتیب</strong> <strong>99، 77، 87 و91 درصد است؛ یعنی با اصلاح شیوه‌های مدیریت در مورد ترکیب مناسب در استفاده از نهاده می‌توان با سطح کنونی ستاده‌های شعب به‌ترتیب کاهش 1،23،13و9 درصدی در سطح استفاده از نهاده‌ها در گروه‌های چهارگانه را داشت.</strong> <strong>نتایج حاصل از تحلیل بازدهی نسبت به مقیاس نشان می‌دهد در شعب چهارگانه به‌ترتیب 50، 80، 63 و 65</strong> <strong>درصد شعب دارای بازدهی فزاینده به مقیاس بوده که بیانگر این است اکثریت شعب بانک ملی در استان کرمان برای کاهش ناکارایی ناشی از مقیاس خود باید ظرفیت تولید خود را بالا ببرند.</strong></p> <p>In this study, efficiency measurement and productivity growth comparisons has been investigated at Melli Bank branches in Kerman province using data envelopment analysis during the years of 1389 to 1391. according to the ranking of banks, To achieve this goal, Different branches Were classified into four groups Include group 1; Grade one and Two branches, group 2; consisted of grade three branches, group 3, consisted of grade four, Group 4 consisted of branches grade 5 and 6.Andthen, the measure of efficiency and productivity growth of branches in each group were calculated. The results show that average productivity growth for branches in groups of one, two, three and four respectively is -6,-9,-8 and -1 During the study years. As well as, the average technical efficiency with input-oriented approach and the assumption of variable returns to scale for branches in groups of one, two, three and four respectively is 99, 77, 87, and 91 percent. In other words, the reform of management practices on the appropriate combination of inputs could have the reduction of 1%, 23%, 13% and 9% in the use of inputs in four groups with the current level output of branches.
