fa ارزیابی تکنولوژی بنگاههای صنایع تولیدی ایران: کاربردی از راهکار تحلیل ممیزی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در ادبیات اقتصادی و مدیریتی معیارهای متعددی برای تعیین سطح تکنولوژی بنگاهها و نیز صنایع تولیدی ارائه شده است. در این میان، شدّت R&D بهعنوان معیار نسبی پذیرفته شده برای بیان سطح تکنولوژی بهکار میرود، امّا شواهد موجود نشان میدهد که این معیار در مورد صنایع تولیدی ایران که R&D سهم بسیار اندکی در دادههای آنها دارد، از قابلیت و کارایی چندانی برخوردار نیست. بر این اساس، این مقاله میکوشد تا با ارائه شاخصی متفاوت سطح تکنولوژی بنگاههای صنایع تولیدی‌ایران را تعیین نماید. این شاخص با تلفیق دو معیار سهم انرژیهای پاک از کل مصرف انرژی بنگاه و نیز فاصله تولید بنگاه از اندازه بهینه آن تعریف شده است. برای تبیین انرژی پاک مصرفی توسط بنگاه از سهم انرژی مصرفی برق و گاز از کل انرژی استفاده گردیده و اندازه بهینه صنعت نیز با روش کومانور- ویلسون و معیار ارزش تولیدات سنجیده شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد استفاده از شاخص معرفی شده طبقهبندی بنگاههای تولیدی، ایران را در سطوح مختلف تکنولوژی بهطور واقعیتری به تصویر کشیده است. In economic and management literature there are different criterions to determine the level of technology in firms and manufacturing industries. In this respect, the R&D intensity is an acceptedrelative criterion to define the technology level, but there are evidences showing that thiscriterion is not so effective in manufacturing industries of Iran where R&D doesn’t have a significant share. So, this paper trys to determine the level of technology in Iranian industrial firms by defining a new and different indexe. This index is composed of the two other criterions including the green energies share in firms' energy consumption and the distance between the firm's production and its Minimum Efficient Scale (MES)..To determine the green energy we used the share of electricity and gas consumption from the total energy and to define the industry MES using Comanor-Wilson method and product value criterion.The results of this paper show that using the defined ordered index for manufacturing firms in Iran is the best illustrated in different level of technology in a real manner. اندازه بهینه, انرژیهای پاک, سطح تکنولوژی, صنایع تولیدی ایران, R&amp,,,,D.
